The long anticipated documentary Derby, Baby! -representing modern roller derby is premiering at the Royal Cinema on College this Sunday at 7pm. You can buy tickets to the show in advance at Cardinal Skate Co. ($10) or at the door ($12) and there will be and after party at Cardinal for attendees of the film, and there will be cheap beer and free shots of Grappa!! Sounds like a party to me… Roller Derby just keeps on growing, and this documentary is evidence that it’s not about to slow down, we’re super excited to get everyone out to watch this, check out the trailer!
